Careers with Mid Hampshire Healthcare

We are looking for a Non-Executive Director to join our Board. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a forward thinking, innovative, friendly organisation with whom you can share your talents and expertise to make a positive difference to the lives of those served by our GP Federation and the Mid Hampshire Health Care System.
Mid Hampshire Healthcare Limited (MHH) is a GP Federation, set up in 2014 and owned by 18 GP practices, with offices based in Winchester. We provide services throughout Mid Hampshire servicing a population approaching 250,000 residents and working closely with health and care partners across the locality.
Employing approximately 100 staff, MHH provides a range of healthcare services one would associate with general practice and community healthcare. These include GP extended access and extended hours, rural phlebotomy, tier two cardiology and a proactive nursing service designed to reduce hospital admissions. In addition we provide support services to four developing PCNs.
The ideal candidate to take on this rewarding challenge will bring different insights and perspectives, and we would be particularly interested in those with a real understanding of transformation and strategic programmes; public health/ population health management; and commercial customer facing backgrounds.
