Mid Hampshire Healthcare (MHH) is looking for a compassionate, motivated and adaptable Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our friendly and expanding clinical team.

Our Multi-Service Nurse role offers the chance to work across a range of community healthcare services, including Enhanced Access, Women's Health, long-term condition clinics, community and outreach services and our Mobile Health Bus. With such a varied portfolio of services, no two days are the same.

Working as an autonomous practitioner within your scope of practice, you will undertake patient assessments, deliver evidence-based nursing care and clinical interventions, support long-term condition management, preventative healthcare and health promotion, and work alongside GPs and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, patient-centred care.

You'll work across different clinical settings according to service requirements and will also have the opportunity to support new and developing healthcare services as MHH's clinical portfolio continues to grow.

Essential Requirements

• Registered Nurse (Adult) with current NMC registration.
• Minimum of two years' post-registration experience.
• Experience working within Primary Care, Community Nursing or NHS services.
• Evidence of ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
• Experience using electronic patient record systems.
• Good IT skills.
• Excellent clinical judgement and the ability to make appropriate autonomous clinical decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to working across different services and clinical settings.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between MHH service locations.

Desirable

• Experience working within General Practice or Primary Care.
• Experience using EMIS Web.
• Experience in long-term condition management.
• Women's Health experience.
• LARC experience or relevant training.
• Vaccination and Immunisation experience.
• Experience delivering NHS Health Checks.
• Experience working within Enhanced Access services.
• Experience in community or outreach healthcare services.
• Experience working on a Mobile Health Bus or similar outreach setting.
• Teaching, mentoring or clinical supervision experience.

LARC Healthcare Assistant (Dorset)

Mid Hampshire Healthcare (MHH) is seeking a caring, compassionate and motivated Healthcare Assistant to join our growing Long-Acting Reversible Contraception (LARC) Service across Dorset.

Working alongside experienced clinicians, you'll support the delivery of high-quality women's health services by assisting with clinics, preparing clinical environments, supporting patients before, during and after procedures, maintaining accurate patient records, and helping to ensure our clinics run safely and efficiently. This is a varied and rewarding role offering the opportunity to develop specialist skills in women's health within a supportive and forward-thinking healthcare organisation.

Essential Requirements

• Healthcare Assistant qualification and/or relevant clinical experience.
• Experience working within a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Understanding of patient confidentiality and infection prevention and control.
• Ability to travel between clinic locations across Dorset.

Desirable

• Experience working within women's health, sexual health, primary care or community healthcare.

Hours: - Alternate Saturdays, 09:00 – 17:00

This patient-facing role involves welcoming patients, managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting clinicians, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of clinics. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, strong IT literacy, and the ability to work effectively in a busy healthcare environment.

Essential Requirements

• Previous reception, administration, or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Good IT literacy.

Desirable

• Experience working within a GP Practice, NHS, or healthcare setting.
• Experience using EMIS Web.
