ENHANCED ACCESS HUBS

Enhanced Access Services

Mid Hampshire Healthcare will be delivering Enhanced Access Services from 1 October on behalf of the following Primary Care Networks (PCNs):

• Andover PCN
• Winchester Rural North & East PCN
• Winchester Rural South PCN

Enhanced Access Services provide patients with access to routine and same-day appointments outside of their GP Practice core opening hours.

Appointments are available through dedicated Enhanced Access Hubs located across Hampshire.

Hub Locations and Opening Times

Booking an Appointment

Appointments can be booked via your registered GP Practice.

The service is GP-led and supported by Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, and other healthcare professionals. Routine appointments may be booked up to two weeks in advance.

To be seen within the Enhanced Access Service, patients must consent to the sharing of their electronic medical record with the treating clinician. Consent will be requested at the time of booking.

Accessible Communication for Everyone

We are committed to ensuring our services are accessible to all patients.  We support Relay UK services, enabling Deaf, hard-of-hearing, or speech-impaired individuals to contact us using:
