ENHANCED ACCESS HUBS

GP Access Hubs

Mid Hampshire Healthcare will operate Enhanced Access Services from the 1st October on behalf of the following PCN’s:

  • Andover PCN
  • Winchester Rural North & East PCN
  • Winchester Rural South PCN

   Enhanced Access Services will provide routine and same day appointments outside of GP Practice Core Network Hours for         patients to access via their GP Practice.

   The Enhanced Access Services Hubs will operate from the following locations:

  • Adelaide Medical Centre Andover 

         Andover EA Hub Availability

        Monday to Friday 5pm-8pm

        Saturday 9am-5pm

 

  • Stokewood Surgery Stokewood 

         Stokewood EA Hub Availability

Monday, Wednesday & Friday 6pm-8pm

Alternate Saturday 9am-5pm

   

  • Twyford Surgery Twyford

         Twyford EA Hub Availability

Alternate Saturday 9am-5pm

         

  • Wickham Surgery Wickham

         Wickham EA Hub Availability

Tuesday & Thursday 6pm-8pm

Saturday 9am-5pm

  

  • Alresford Surgery Alresford

         Alresford EA Hub Availability

         Tuesday & Thursday 6pm-8pm

          Alternate Saturday 9am-1pm

 

  • Watercress Surgery Medstead 

         Watercress EA Hub Availability

         Alternate Saturday 9am-1pm     

 

   

You can book into one of our appointments via your GP practice.  The service is GP led and supported by Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, and other health care professionals.  Routine appointments can be booked 2 weeks in advance.

You can only be seen in a hub appointment if you agree to share your full electronic medical record with our clinician. You will be asked for consent to share your record at the time of booking. For more information please see our sharing agreement within the policies section of this website.

Accessible Communication for Everyone

We are committed to making our services accessible to all.  We support UK Relay, enabling Deaf, hard-of-hearing, or speech-impaired individuals to contact us easily using a textphone, the Relay UK app, or a relay assistant.
