VASECTOMY

Mid Hampshire Healthcare has been commissioned to provide the Vasectomy service from 01 April 2024.

To be referred into this service you can go to your GP to ask for a referral or self-refer using the link below.

All patients wishing to proceed with a Vasectomy will be required to sign a Consent Form at the time of their procedure.  Please see link for what the consent form includes:

If you are a previous patient of Solent Vasectomy Service and you had your vasectomy prior to 1st April 2024 and have any queries or questions regarding your semen sample results please email them on vasectomyreferrals@solent.nhs.uk and they will be able to assist you.
