LARC

Mid Hampshire Healthcare & Wokingham Borough Council - Long-Acting Reversible Contraception (LARC)

Mid Hampshire Healthcare is delighted to announce that in collaboration with Wokingham Borough Council, we will be offering Long-Acting Reversible Contraception (LARC) clinics to the residents of Wokingham.  Our service will be accessible to those patients under 55, who might wish to consider alternative contraception options.  There will be no need for a GP referral, and patients can easily self refer into our service.

This partnership aims to improve access to high-quality contraceptive care for individuals across Wokingham. LARC methods, including implants and intrauterine devices (IUDs), are safe, effective, and designed to suit a wide range of reproductive health needs. Together, we’re working to make reproductive healthcare more accessible, convenient, and supportive for our communities.
