Liver Care Pathway Goes Live - April 1st 2019

Mid Hampshire Healthcare have been comissioned by West Hampshire CCG to deliver a Liver Fibroscan diagnostic service from April 2019. The aim of this service is to identify patients who are at high risk, moderate risk, or at any risk in the future of developing liver disease. By detecting the signs and symptoms at an early stage, reduces the risk of developing Chronic Liver Disease in the future.

 

Medical Secretary Support Hub - Now Live Jan 2019

We provide a Primary Care 'Hub and Spoke' Secretarial Support Service to help manage the referral workload within GP  Practices. We provide this service for our GP Federation Member Practices but also to any other GP Practice nationally who use both EMIS Web and Lexacom (dictation software). The service went live in January 2019 and is rapidly expanding!
