The team provides community based assessment, outpatient, individual or group work, couple and family work and day treatment.

'Oa is a fellowship of individuals who through shared experience strength and hope are recovering from compulsive over eating. We welcome anyone who wants to stop eating compulsively, we are not a diet club. We do not endorse any particular plan of eating. In OA abstinence is the action of refraining from compulsive eating and compulsive food behaviours while working towards or maintaining a healthy body weight.
