Andover Mind Well-being Service - Mon-Fri, 9:30-17:00, Sat 10:00-15:00. Providing support to enable people with mental health conditions to re-engage with the community and live fulfilling lives.
A variety of time limited social and therapeutic groups available as well as courses and workshops.
We are recovery focused and therefore record all our outcomes.
Well-being Service also available in Romsey operating out of two sites, Appletree Centre and Dr Peter's Centre 07739 917731.

Andover Mind Advice and Information Service. This service provides crisis support between the hours of 9:30-17:00 Mon-Fri, excl' bank holidays.We operate on a triage based system. We can book appointments for those who are not in immediate risk.
We also provide information and sign-posting where applicable.

|THE KINGFISHER DAY CENTRE|
|A charity based in Laverstoke (between Whitchurch and Overton). We offer day services for those who are over 55 and lonely, physically frail or have dementia. We are open Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays between 9am and 4pm and have a variety of activities on offer.
We also run a lunch club for those who are more able.
Transport can be provided within our catchment area as we have an adapted mini-bus.

|ROYAL BRITISH LEGION ADMIRAL NURSES|
|Admiral nurses are specialist dementia nurses who can give much needed practical and emotional support to family carers, as well as the person with dementia. They offer support to families throughout their experience of dementia that is tailored to their individual needs and challenges. They provide families with the knowledge to understand the condition and its effects, the skills and tools to improve communication and provide emotional and psychological support to help family carers and provide specialist support and advise.
ELIGIBILITY: The carer or person with dementia has to have done a minimum of 7 days paid service in any of the armed forces, national service counts too.
