The centre provides emotional support, practical help and information to those affected by cancer and their families/carers. All services are provided free of charge to those who are within travelling distance of Romsey and we have street level access. As well as a comprehensive library of information, the centre offers a range of relaxing complimentary therapies and specialist one to one counselling. Meditation techniques and Mindfulness practice are also available. The centre is open Monday to Friday 10.00am to 4,30pm. A charity based in Laverstoke (between Whitchurch and Overton). We offer day services for those who are over 55 and lonely, physically frail or have dementia. We are open Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays between 9am and 4pm and have a variety of activities on offer.
