SUPPORT HAMPSHIRE

Support Hampshire can help you and your patients to find the information they need to manage their own care, wellbeing and maintain their independence.  You will find comprehensive advice and information on different care options as well as a directory of care providers.  There are hundreds of groups and activities to keep people active and connected to their community.

There is a free app version of our website - available from Google Play or Apple store.  It even works offline; meaning you can access information and search for services even without internet services.
