YOUTH CANCER TRUST
The Youth Cancer Trust provides free holidays to young cancer patients between the ages of 14-30 attending any hospital in the UK or Irish Republic subject to approval from their doctor. They are invited to spend a few days with other guests of a similar age and situation at Tracy Ann House in Bournemouth. They can come in groups up to eight and bring a brother, sister or a friend. The emphasis is on a relaxed, carefree and fun holiday, allowing a few days away from hospitals. The groups choose what activities they would like to do making this their special holiday.

WINCHESTER CANCER SUPPORT CENTRE
Our vision is to provide effective, local support and information for all people living with or affected by cancer. 
To help you relax and focus on your well-being we offer free access to counselling, reiki, aromatherapy and reflexology provided by qualified and experienced professionals.
We also offer support from our trained volunteers who will offer you a friendly face and a listening ear.  Befrienders are the first people you meet when you enter our centres and you are welcome to drop in for a chat whenever it suits you. 
Wessex Cancer Trust can help with financial grants which can cover many needs including domestic help, clothing, bedding, heating and travel expenses as examples. Our grant application form should be completed by the patient and their health professional.
Our Winchester centre is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

MCMILLAN CANCER SUPPORT

ROMSEY CANCER SUPPORT CENTRE (JANE SCARTH HOUSE)
The centre provides emotional support, practical help and information to those affected by cancer and their families/carers. All services are provided free of charge to those who are within travelling distance of Romsey and we have street level access.
 
As well as a comprehensive library of information, the centre offers a range of relaxing complementary therapies and specialist one to one counselling. Meditation techniques and Mindfulness practice are also available.
 
The centre is open Monday to Friday 10.00am to 4,30pm.

RIVER PARK LEISURE CENTRE
Cancer rehibilitation. 12 week exercise scheme. A consultation with a cancer rehab trained instructor, some access to facilities at a discounted rate.
