GP Access Hubs

Mid-Hampshire Healthcare, a GP Federation delivering a wide range of clinical services across the Mid-Hampshire, covering 18 GP Practices and 220 000 patients now operates a GP Primary Care Evening and Weekends Access Hub. This service was comissioned by West Hampshire CCG.

Our GP Access Hub are currently located in Andover provides Pre-Bookable and Same Day Primary Care appointments:

 

Opening hours

  • 5pm to 8pm Monday to Friday
  • 8am to 12pm Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays
  • 365 days a year

You can book into one of our appointments via your GP practice, 111 or OOH. The service is GP led and supported by Practice Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, MSK Physios and Mental Health Advisors. Routine appointments can be booked 2 weeks in advance. You can only be seen in a hub appointment if you agree to share your full electronic medical record with our clinician. You will be asked for consent to share your record at the time of booking. For more information please see our sharing agreement within the policies section of this website.
